There are many spaces of enlightenment and beauty on this world. One of those spaces is the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque in Muscat, Oman.
After seven years of construction, the 416,000 square meter site was completed in May of 2001.
Hundreds of thousands of visitors from around the world visit the mosque yearly to see its Indian sandstone structures, golden wall inscriptions, and lush gardens.
The Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque is a space for worship, reflection and peace that is open to all.
